Role Design Lead
During a 24-hour overnight hackathon at the SapientRazorfish NYC offices, we were thrown into randomly selected multi-disciplinary groups and tasked with solving a common corporate issue: the inability to track PTO requests and approvals efficiently and effectively. Our idea streamlined the request process while simultaneously creating a simple solution for tracking days off already taken. The best part? Our developer teammates deemed it 100% feasible.
